The BBC reports today what it can only claim at this point as rumors of a detention BOAT hanging out in the Indian Ocean.
You see... They filled up Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib was a bit too close to the enemy, and those secret flights to, let's say, more torture-cooperative countries we no longer so secret so... where else could the US stash people, without international watch-dog knowledge and get away with it?
Floating prisons, with no jurisdiction.

Remember that scene in the first Indiana Jones movie when he's in the temple, running from the giant rolling ball behind him? I'm no cartoonist, but I see it.
